Engagement:

An ‘Engagement’ refers to the full service cycle offered to the client.

Following are all the steps followed by Sarayu during the execution of an Engagement -

• Client side manager confirms human resource requirements to Sarayu.
• Sarayu locates suitable candidates for the requirements.
• Sarayu representative speaks to the candidate and assesses his intention to work forthe Client and gets her go ahead.
• Intent candidates interviewed by an expert from Sarayu to verify the information provided in the resume and gauge her ability and experience level. The expert then prepares a datasheet on the candidate, based on this assessment.
• Sarayu forwards the short-listed resumes along with datasheets to the Client.
• Client shortlists the resumes for interview and sends a tentative interview schedule to Sarayu.
• Sarayu confirms the schedule after getting consent of the candidate.
• Client conducts the interviews of the candidates and submits the selected profiles for internal processing.
• Sarayu requests a feedback from Client on the performance of the candidate in the interviews. Sarayu collates this feedback to derive the criteria for selection of resources for the Client, over long term.
• Client sends a list of candidates confirmed for employment, to Sarayu.
• Selected candidates join Client organization.
