ADVANCED APLICATION
1.  Missed Call Alerts for Fixed Line Phones

The Landline subscribers of an operator miss their calls when

.  they are not near the phone and not available

.  phone is out of order, or

.  when they are busy on another call

This reduces  the  call  completion  rate and hence, is  a  source of revenue  loss for  the  operator.  Missed  Call  Alerts  service  is  a  solution  for  notifying  users about  their  missed  calls,  thereby  encouraging  them  to  make  return  calls  as per their choice

2.  Color Ring Back Tone

Color  Ring  Back  Tone  Service  allows  mobile  subscribers  to  replace  the traditional  Ring  Back  Tone  ,  that  is,  the  tone  heard  by  someone  who  calls their  phone  number,  with  a  personalized  sound  file.  That  personalized  Ring Back  Tone  can  be  a  hit  pop  song,  a  recorded  message  or  even  a  joke  etc. Specific  tones  can  even  be  assigned  to  certain  callers  and  caller  groups.Subscribers  now  have  the  ability  to  express  his/her  individuality,  character,

3.  Location based Services

We  have  SMS  /  USSD  based  Location  Based  Services  that  include  Buddy Tracker,  Location  based  Yellow  Pages  and  Fleet  Management  /  Tracking  for corporate users like Transporters, Courier and Taxi Service. It can also be put into very good use by Law Enforcement Agencies

4.  (Dynamic) Voice Mail System

This allows subscribers to  enable callers  to leave voice message  in case  they are  not  available.  It  takes  advantage  of  the  inter-carrier  call  termination charges (IUC), thus increasing revenues by call completion

5.  Local Number Portability

Local Number P ortability  was defined  in  the Telecommunications Act  of  1996 as the "ability of users of telecommunications services to retain,  at the same location, existing telecommunications numbers without impairment of  quality, reliability,  or  convenience  when  switching  from  one  telecommunications carrier  to  another."  LNP  is  a  consumer's  ability  to  change  service  providers within  the  same  local area  and still  keep the same  phone  number.  It  allows consumers  to  switch  from  one  carrier  to  another  within  the  same  general metropolitan area.

5.  Virtual Calling Card

Virtual Calling  Cards  enable  users  to make national / international calls from their  phone  without  the  need  of  having  the  national  /  international  callingservice.  A  Long  Distance  Service  provider  can  sell  their  prepaid  cards  to subscribers of  any operator and  enable them to make national / international calls using its own network

6.   Service Delivery Platform

Service  Delivery  Platform  is  a  solution  for  helping  mobile  and  fixed-line operators  to  cost-effectively  create,  deploy,  and  manage  value-added  data services  and  make  them  easily  and  securely  accessible  by  consumers  from anywhere, anytime, and on any device-PCs, mobile handsets/smart phones, PDAs,  and so on. It  integrates with content management service solutions to enable content providers to easily deliver content to customers by leveraging the  operator's  network  and  systems.  With  the  ability  to  integrate  with  a variety  of  OSS,  BSS,  and  network  service  products  based  on  industrial standards  (such  as  XML,  HTTP,  and  Web  services),  the  Service  Delivery Platform gives operators the flexibility of leveraging their existing investments.

7.  Push-To-Talk over Cellular

Push-To-Talk over Cellular (PoC)  provides users with a walkie o talkie kind of experience  in their network. This  product  requires  mandatory  end to  end  IP infrastructure and so can be offered in GPRS, EDGE, PDSN, 3G networks only. This  product  packetises  voice  and  thus  saves  valuable  channel  resource  for the  operator.  Media  resources  are  reserved  only  for  the  duration  while  the user is speaking or listening. ps one of the greatest benefits that wireless  carriers enjoy from  PoC is the network cost efficiencies that are realized in at least two ways.  Use of the underlying  IP-based  network  with  half-duplex  transmissions  has  the advantage of both requiring less bandwidth (e.g. network and facility savings) as  well  as  avoiding  interconnection  to  the  PSTN  (e.g.  savings  against interconnection charges).

8.   Multim edia Messaging Service Center

MMSC combines  all the different content and media types. It is  built on  open standards  (WAP  Forum  and  3GPP MMS) and runs on all WAP-capable  mobile networks.

9.  IN Mediation Server

This  product  (IMS)  is  used  for  online  charging  of  VAS  services  using  the prepaid SCP. IMS  mediates  between  third  party application / content servers and the prepaid SCP. With a set of pre-defined API's and application / content.
