3.  Cross Technology SMS Center

This is  a high-throughput SMSC  capable  of achieving  close  to  2500  SMS/sec over  a  maximum  of  64  E1  links.  This  one  platform  can  talk  to  all  three networks simultaneously o GSM, CDMA and Fixed Line

4.  SMS offload on IP

Operators  can  reduce  on  the  cost   of  SS7  network  by  offloading  non-critical SMS traffic on IP and  use their SS7 network for more important services like voice. This product can be one's first step towards moving to an all IP telecom network

5.  USSD Center

This  product  provides  a  Menu  based  interface  to  Value  Added  Services  and replaces SIM based menu, which requires involvement of the SIM vendor andSTK programming  for change  in menu.  All  GSM phones  support this feature.

It  is  popularly  used by operators  to  invoke  queries  like Prepaid  Balance  and Last  Call  Amount.  It  can  be  used  to  recharge  prepaid  coupons  from  any visiting network. The Menu creation is dynamic and can be created on the fly. USSD  gives  a WAP  like  look.  The  Menu  can  be  used  as an  interface  to  VAS and also for Customer Self Care  where  in they subscribe and unsubscribe for services.
